Scheduling and Billing

  • Internal Users: Please see HTSR Necropsy calendars for reservations. Access to the calendar(s) can be requested from Anju Duttargi (ad1155@georgetown.edu) or Dylan Kutz (dk1120@georgetown.edu).
  • Idea Elan core management software is used for billing of services.

Operational Workflow

To ensure efficiency and optimal results, resource members interact closely with investigators. In order to utilize the Shared Resource, users will follow this basic operational workflow:

  1. An investigator directs an initial inquiry:
    1. For pathology consultation, please contact Dr. Brent Harris at bth@georgetown.edu
    2. For general inquiries and histology services, please contact Anju Duttargi at ad1155@georgetown.edu.
    3. For routine IHC services, please contact Supti Sen (ss395@georgetown.edu) or Enoch Adekola (ea753@georgetown.edu).
    4. For multiplex IHC and imaging services, please contact Susree Modepalli at sm3650@georgetown.edu.
    5. For tissue banking inquiries, please contact Anju Duttargi at ad1155@georgetown.edu.
  2. An initial meeting is held during which the feasibility of the project and the overall research plan are discussed. The investigator is also notified of the service charges.
  3. Once deemed feasible, all pertinent information including laboratory personnel dedicated for the project and grant/funding account will be provided by the user.
  4. Investigator lab personnel undergo training (as applicable).
