Mentoring and Career Development Program

The goal of Georgetown Lombardi’s Cancer Research Training and Education Coordination (CRTEC) Office is to develop, implement and sustain comprehensive cancer research career development programming for researchers of all career stages, from K-12 scholars to mid-career faculty.

CRTEC focuses on the needs of the individual, cutting-edge didactic and experiential learning opportunities, implementation of evidence-based mentoring practices, and a deep commitment to building equity and inclusion into cancer research training and education across the Georgetown Lombardi research consortium.
