Proteomics Shared Resource Instrumentation

The proteomics core is equipped with TripleTOF 6600 and QTRAP 6500 mass spectrometers (Sciex) which can be interfaced with nanoAcquity UPLC systems (Waters) or cHiPLC enabled 2D nanoLC system (Sciex). In addition, the shared resource houses an Agilent 1100 nanoflow HPLC interfaced with an LC Packings Probot, 2D gel electrophoresis system (BioRad) with an imaging unit for DIGE quantification (GE Healthcare), Acquity UPLC with fluorescent detector, and an ELISA ECL sector imager 2400 (Mesoscale).
