Lombardi DEI Office Launching Its First Survey

The Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (LCCC DEI Office) is excited to introduce our survey, Lombardi Landscape: Assessing DEI Across the Cancer Center!
The survey will be sent out through personalized email links on Thursday, July 11, 2024. Look out for our email to count yourself in and help ensure that all Lombardi members in Washington DC and NJ are aware and feel included in this diversity assessment of the Cancer Consortium. You can win a prize for completing the survey too!
The purpose of this survey is to learn more about our Lombardi community in terms of both the people and how we are doing as an organization with efforts related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The LCCC DEI Office is committed to collecting and evaluating diversity metrics that will help improve the ways in which we support trainees and other members from groups underrepresented in science and cancer research.
This survey is for all individuals who are affiliated with the Cancer Center in any capacity including staff, faculty, students, and other Lombardi members. The LCCC Consortium includes John Theurer Cancer Center and the Center for Discovery and Innovation through Hackensack Meridian Health in NJ.
Your participation and feedback is very important to inform and enhance the work of the LCCC DEI Office to create and sustain diversity within a culture of equity and inclusive excellence at LCCC.
