To commemorate emancipation and the end of slavery in the United States- “Juneteenth”, the Lombardi DEI Office would like to share a few resources and invite you to learn more about the history on this day.

‘Publishers throughout the North responded to a demand for copies of Lincoln’s proclamation and produced numerous decorative versions, including this engraving by R. A. Dimmick in 1864.’
