Posted in DEI News

Women remain underrepresented in cancer center leadership at comprehensive cancer centers in the United States. Why do you think it is important for cancer centers to invest in leadership development of female faculty and female leaders?

“Investing in leadership development for female faculty is important for cancer centers to evolve into organizations that better represent the people they serve, and shows earlier career investigators that they will have a place at this table. Our investments illustrate our priorities!”
