Women remain underrepresented in cancer center leadership at comprehensive cancer centers in the United States. Why do you think it is important for cancer centers to invest in leadership development of female faculty and female leaders?

The Lombardi DEI Office is working to address gaps in the diversity of leadership within cancer centers by providing opportunities for Leadership Coaching. Please see the description of the DEI Leadership Coaching Program. People who are LCCC Affiliate or Full Members and from backgrounds underrepresented in cancer leadership can apply for leadership coaching through the Lombardi DEI Portal. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
