Multiple Paid Training Opportunities in AI and Machine Learning for AIM-AHEAD

AI and machine learning are transforming our field, but underrepresented groups in cancer research are not yet fully benefiting. The National Institutes of Health’s AIM-AHEAD program has released multiple PAID training opportunities in AI and machine learning for graduate students, postdocs, early-career faculty, healthcare professionals, and other non-academic professionals from underrepresented populations. These programs aim to drive health equity and expand diversity in research. Training Programs Open for Applications now!

The award offers:

  •  8-month training program 
  •  $8,000 stipend ($10,000 for AIM-AHEAD ScHARe Equity in Population Health AI:Beyond EHR Training Program)
  • $2,000 allowance to attend the AIM-AHEAD 2025 Annual Meeting
