Faculty Training and Education Initiatives

Efforts include providing funding to support leadership coaching or external leadership training. This leadership training is open to all individuals who are Georgetown Lombardi affiliates or full members and those who are from populations with less presence in cancer leadership. The Cancer Research, Training and Education Coordination (CRTEC) and Community Outreach and Education support the engagement of trainees from populations with less presence in cancer research. We also collaborate with other Georgetown Offices, including the Georgetown University School of Medicine Academy for Research, Clinical, and Health Equity Scholarship (ARCHES) Program for ARCHES Fellows focused on cancer research.
