Electron Microscopy

  • Hitachi H-7600 W filament transmission electron microscope with Hammamatsu Orca-HR CCD camera.

  • Reichert Ultracut E ultramicrotome for conventional sectioning or with low temperature unit for cryo-sectioning.

  • Other accessory equipment for sample preparation.

  • Technical assistance (by appointment, pj42@georgetown.edu) includes using the microscope as well as sample preparation for conventional and immuno-EM.
