For routine viewing of tissue culture cells and imaging in brightfield or fluorescence with color CCD digital image acquisition. Phase contrast and DAPI, FITC, Cy3/ Texas Red.

Filter Cubes:

  • DAPI/Hoechst: (excitation=330-380nm, dichroic=400nm, emission=420nm)

  • FITC: (excitation=480nm, dichroic=505nm, emission=535nm)

  • TRITC: (excitation=540nm, dichroic=565nm, emission=605nm)

Camera:

  • Olympus DP70 Color / Black and White camera

Computer & Imaging Software:

  • Olympus DP Capture Software

  • Pentium III running Windows XP. 768 MB RAM, 40GB Hard Drive, Zip Drive, writable CD.
