Objectives:

  • Plan Apo, 0.5X (zoom range from 0.375X to 5.6X)

  • Plan Apo, 1.0X (zoom range from 0.75X to 11.25X)

  • Plan Apo, 1.6X (zoom range from 1.6X to 18X)

Filter Cubes:

  • GFP: (excitationn= 480/40nm, dichroic= 505nm, emissionn= 535/50nm)

  • DsRed: (excitation=545nm, dichroic=570nm, emission=620nm)

  • Q-dot (excitation=460nm, dichroic=475nm, emission=655nm)

Camera:

  • Hamamatsu Orca-100, 12-bit cooled CCD digital camera, 1392 x 1040 pixel array, 6.45 x 6.45um pixel size

Computer & Imaging Software:

  • 1.0 GHz Pentium III, Windows 2000, CD/USB1 data transfer

  • MetaMorph image aquisition and analysis software (version 6.3r7)

  • Motorized z-stage for 3D, live cell imaging

  • Even (Flat) Brightfield Illuminator
