Over 24,000 individuals from 16,000 families have enrolled in the CGN nationally. A total of 13,609 of these individuals have been diagnosed with at least one type of cancer, and individuals with 43 different types of cancer are represented in the national CGN registry. The most common cancers found in CGN participants are breast cancer, prostate cancer, non-melanoma skin cancer, and colorectal cancer.

Nearly 1,400 individuals from over 1,000 families have enrolled in the CGN at Georgetown University. A total of 937 of these individuals have been diagnosed with at least one type of cancer, and individuals with 31 different types of cancer are represented.
