Symposium 2011 Video
Fighting a Smarter War Against Cancer: Linking Policy to the Patient
Since 2009, the Ruesch Center has hosted a series of multidisciplinary symposia to engage the public in a discussion of the future of cancer research and the use of personalized medicine as the key to a cure. While the earlier events focused mainly on the science behind personalized medicine, the 2011 symposium, "Fighting a Smarter War Against Cancer: Linking Policy to the Patient," seeks to drive the conversation around the impact of health care reform and the concept of value in medicine.
Videos by subject and speaker from Fighting a Smarter War Against Cancer: Linking Policy to the Patient, held on December 1, 2, and 3, 2011, are available online.
